CALDWELL — Services for Rulon M. Keller, 68, of 915 East Logan, who was killed in a traffic accident in Gooding County Tuesday morning, will be conducted at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints First Ward at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan 16 1970. Bishop Val Child will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest under direction of the Dakan Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Keller was born Jan. 21, 1901, at Mink Creek, Idaho, and was reared there. He attended Brigham Young Academy at Logan, Utah, and the University of Idaho Southern branch at Pocatello. He married Margaret Benson on Nov. 26, 1921, in the LDS Temple in Logan, and they farmed at Mink Creek. He also was an insurance agent in the winter months. The couple moved to Preston in 1945, and he was in the livestock business. They came to Caldwell in 1951, and he continued in the livestock business.

He was a member of the LDS Church, and served in many offices. He was bishop of the Preston Seventh Ward for three years, and was a member of the High Priest Quorum of the Caldwell First Ward at the time of his death.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Keller are three sons, Lamond of Burley, George of San Diego, Calif., and James Keller of Castro Valley, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Mar Rue Simmons of Seattle, Mrs. Marco Forsgren of Nampa, and Mrs. Beth Thompson of Burley; two brothers, Melvin Keller of Los Angeles and Elmo Keller of Preston; four sisters, Mrs. Mabel Bell, Mrs. June Lundberg, Mrs. Kloa Bell, and Mrs. Mary Bench, all of Logan, and 25 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Rulon and Leo Keller.

Friends may call at the chapel from 7 to 9 this evening and at the church from 12:30 p.m. Friday until time of services
