Julius Luck Craig, 83, died
Tuesday afternoon at Catawba.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs.
Octavia Akers Craig; six sons,
Worley H. Craig, El Segundo,
Calif.; Julius L. Craig Jr., Cantor,
Pa.; Ralph, Jordan, and Gary, of
Pulaski, and Dewey Craig, Richmond;
five daughters, Mrs. C. C.
Thompson, Pulaski; Mrs. Custis
Benson, Chicago; Mrs. Hughett
Lewis, Washington. D. C.; Mrs
Ethel Shockley, Pulaski, and Miss
Clara Craig, Richmond; one brother,
Ed Craig, Pulaski; one sister,
Mrs. Minnie Childress, West Virginia;
27 grandchildren and 21
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday
at 2 p. m. at East Main Street
Church of God with burial following
at the Thornspring Cemetery.
The body will be moved from
Strickler's Funeral Home late this
afternoon and taken to the residence
on Short St. to remain until
one hour before the service.
