She was the devoted wife of Philip Lamendola, with whom she had shared 58 years of marriage.
Born Nov. 30, 1929, in Hoboken, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Anna and Joseph Raccioppi.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two loving sons, Michael Lamendola and his wife, Judy, of Montvale, N.J., and Martin and his wife, Diana, of Stroud Township; three grandsons, Michael Lamendola and his wife, Elizabeth, Joseph Lamendola and Brian Lamendola; and many nieces and nephews.
She will be greatly missed by her faithful canine companion of 14 years, Casper.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Suzie Petrosino and Lena Borrelli, and a brother, Michael Raccioppi.
There will be a viewing from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 1, in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, 27 Washington St., East Stroudsburg.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 2, in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, N.J.
The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to VNA Hospice of Monroe County, 502 Independence Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
