Mr. Fahs, who is a mute, had gone into his yard about 10 o'clock and upon not immediately returning his wife, who is also a mute, went to seek him and found him in the yard unconscious. She summoned aid from her neighbors by gestures and removed him into the house where he died abut 3 o'clock without recovering consciousness.
The deceased was about 60 years old and is survived by one son.
