Mrs. Blanche Mayers

Mrs. Blanche Mayers of Whitmore Lake, widow of Fred Mayers, died Monday night in a hospital in Ann Arbor. Mrs. Mayers was the former Blanche Brockway of Petersburg and was born in that village April 25, 1876. She is the sister of Mrs. Frank Summers of Frank Street and has other relatives in the city.
Surviving are four sons Floyd and Glen Mayers at home in Whitmore Lake, Dale of Florida and Lawrence at Whitmore Lake; two sisters Mrs. Orie Woolsey of Milan and Mrs. Summers of Adrian. She was preceded in death by her husband, whom she married in 1895, four brothers and two sisters.
The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Mayers home at Whitmore Lake.
