Mr. Conner was born Jan. 13, 1920 in Huntington to the late Robert H. Conner and Audrey D. Thomas Conner. He died Thursday, June 11 in a Lufkin hospital. Mr Conner was retired from Champion Paper Mill, following 35 years of employment. He was a member of the Homer United Pentecostal Church. Formerly of Huntington, Mr. Conner had lived in Lufkin since 1958.
