He was proceeded in death by his parents and wife Grace Vaughn. He left home at an early age to pursue a better life in Winter Garden,Fl. After he arrived there and was employed he decide to make Florida his home. Jobey was a friendly person. He greeted everyone whether he knew them or not, that was his personality.
