Leona (Giroux) Gagne, 69, wife of Laurien L. Gagne, died Saturday (Jan. 9, 1999) at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Ceneter. Born in Waterville, ME, she lived in East Hartford for 39 years. She retired from Southern New England Telephone after 45 years of service. Leona is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, LeeAnn G. and Thomas J. Calvo of west Hartford; granddaughter, Nicole Calvo; grandsons Ryan and Casey Calvo; a brother and sister-in-law, Lucien and Anita Giroux in Florida.
