Wilma Emmeline Odle was born on April 18, 1906 in St. John, Stafford Co., Kansas, the only child of Elmos Odle and Edna Ellen Claflin.

She married, on June 22, 1940, in Reno County, Kansas, to Earl James Logan, born October 14, 1905, in Greensburg, Kiowa Co., Kansas, the son of James Alvin Logan and Mary Elizabeth Garoutte. He preceded her in death in 1982. They had no children.

She worked as a reporter for The Hutchinson News, Hutchinson, Kansas for some years.

Wilma passed away in September of 1993, in Hutchinson, Kansas, at the age of 87 years, and is buried next to her husband Earl, in Memorial Park Cemetery, in Hutchinson, Reno Co., Kansas.
