The book I found him on page 364 Greene County Missouri Cemeteries by Ozarks Genealogy Society Hazelwood Cemetery Vol. XI page 364 listed as:
*Ross, Albert died 28 Oct 1916 age 45.
*Ross, Hubert died 1 Nov 1916 age 25 note he was listed as Hubert Rose in the book.
Neither of these fellows have any monument. Where this book has listed them puts them in a Public Grounds area. Not many people in the area have monuments.

His Missouri death certificate #37350 was a bit sketchy. Died in Frisco Hospital of pulmanory TB. with note said unable to find organism. All the listing were don' know and Informant was St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Greene, MO. Occupation listed as painter. No information in boxes to help with identification of family, birth year etc. Shown age as about 45. date of birth, parents, unknown. Funeral Home was Lohmeyer.
