Miss Alma Kiel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Kiel, died at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of the parents, 2816 John street, at the age of 21 years and four days. Death was due to complications following an illness of eight weeks' duration.
The deceased was a member of the Young Ladies' society of Zion Lutheran church and received her education in the parochial school of that congregation. Up to the time of her recent illness she was employed in the trimming department of the Rurode Dry Goods store.
Surviving besides the parents, she leaves two brothers and four sisters, Fred and Albert, of Fort Wayne; Mrs. Carl Gross, of Springfield; Mrs. Fred Eggers and Misses Louise and Helen Kiel, of this city.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at the residence and at 2 o'clock at Zion's Lutheran Church. Interment at Concordia cemetery.
