There are questions regarding whether he is a JR. because his father is only "Harrison Poynter" on all the records I have found. I am not sure what source the other researchers have that give Harrison Poynter as -William Henry Harrison Poynter- all the censuses and marriage record he is only HARRISON.
Their son William Henry Harrison, I believe was named for his paternal grandfather William Pointer, Harrison after his father, and do not see any other Henry in the family lineage.
