She was born April 1, 1876 in New Castle, Missouri; and died Jan. 25, 1964 at Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She married in 1897 to Martin V. Beals, he preceded her in death in 1928 and is interred in the Antioch Cemetery, Van Buren, Crawford Co., Arkansas.
She was a member of the Christian Church.
She was survived by 2 sons, Charley Beals and Logan C. Beals, both of Van Buren, a daughter, Mrs. Nancy Scott, of Bakersfield, CA; 11 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
