Oriole (Wilson) McGregor, 86, of Lebanon, died April 24, 2009, at Marian Estates Care facility in Sublimity, Oregon.

She was born Oct. 14, 1922, in Aberdeen, S.D., the daughter of Daniel Morgan and Lizzie Louise (Frost) Jones.

She graduated from Aberdeen High School and married Roy Wilson on May 29, 1943, in Aberdeen, S.D.

They lived in Renton, Wash., and worked for Boeing during World War II. They returned to South Dakota after the war before settling in Lebanon in 1950.

Mr. Wilson, an accountant, died Aug. 17, 1986.

She married Melvin McGregor on Sept. 17, 1988, in Lebanon. She moved to the Marian Estates in Sublimity nine years ago.

Mrs. McGregor was a member of the Lebanon First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Melvin of Lebanon; sons Barry Wilson of Ontario and Tim Wilson of Lebanon; daughters Carole Layman and Linda Boyd, both of Lebanon; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Six brothers and one sister died before she did.
