Social Security # 500 05 0695. His father Bass Reeves, mother was listed as unknown. The informant was Ellen Eslinger same address as William's, 1217 Texas Ave. Springfield, MO. Cause of death was pulmonary edema, contributory was chronic myocarditis. W P Campbell informant. Interred in Hazelwood Cemetery August 13, 1942
