Obituary:
Little Dorothy, the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Alexander, of this city, died last Friday of brain fever, age 1 year, 11 months, and 16 days.
The little one was born August 18, 1914 and died August 4, 1916. She was sick eleven days and every was done to prolong the little life all to no avail.
The funeral was held on Sunday August 6, at 2 o'clock p.m., from the Methodist church, the Rev. Martin, of Wausa, officiating in the absence of both the local Methodist and Congregational ministers and the body was laid at rest in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
Mrs. M. Barber and daughter , Gladys, Mr. O.F. Clark and Mrs. Otto Hank of Ponca, Neb. and Mrs. Ira Russell of Herrick, S.D., were out of town guests at the funeral.
