Adolph Antron was the son of working class parents, P. Antron and O. Antron of England. He was brother to George, Joe, Annie and Ed. The 1880 Census shows that Adolph and his family were living in San Francisco at the time. Adolph's father and mother immigrated from England, however they made stops in France, the Philipine Islands and later onto California (U.S.) where they had children in each country as their place of birth states on the Census. Adolph and his younger brother Ed were the only ones in the family born in the United States-- (From Chapter 10 of "Behind The Walls" by J'aime Rubio)
