She was born in Puerto Rico the daughter of the late Rafael Velez Molina and has lived in Worcester for over 25 years. Carmen worked for South Middlesex Opportunity Council in Framingham for the past 8 years, most recently as an assistant director. She dedicated her life to her family and working with the public. She made a big difference in many lives and will be dearly missed by family and friends.
The funeral will be Wednesday, June 10 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10:00 AM in The Cathedral of St. Paul, 15 Chatham St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
