MRS. SUSAN GIROSKY
Sykesville lost another of its well known citizens when Mrs. Susan Girosky, daughter of Mrs. Susan Nunergut of this place, passed away at her home at 12:30 o'clock Tuesday morning. Mrs. Girosky, what was 64 years of age, had been in ill health for a period of several years. She had been a resident of this place for the past twenty years. Deceased was the daughter of the late Michael and Susan (Ferment) Nunergut, having been born in Austria November 6, 1889. She was a member of the Assumption BVM Church and was united in marriage to Michael Girosky, who preceded her in death about four years ago. Friends are being received at the William Mowrey Funderal Home in Big Run until Friday morning when a requiem mass will be offered by Rev. Fr. John Piatkowski in the Assumption BVM Church at 9:00 o'clock and interment will be made in the local Holy Trinity Greek Catholic cemetery in this place. Surviving are her mother; one daughter, Mrs. Andrew Smelko, of Cleveland, Ohio; two sons: Charles Girosky of Erie and Francis Girosky of this place; one granddaughter and the following eight sisters: Mrs. John Lobosky, Mrs. Mary McClusky, Mrs. Kathryn Todsedley, Mrs. William Dolan, of Flint, Mich.; Mrs. Joseph Masisak, Mrs. George Sanko, Miss Pauline Nunergut of this place; Mrs. John Sapara, of Cleveland, Ohio.
