Mt. Aetna, Dec. 16--Aaron Peiffer, retired farmer, died this morning at his home in this place, aged 73 years. He was a son of the late Philip and Marie (Zerbe) Pieffer and was a member of St. John's Reformed church, Host.
Surviving are his widow, Fianna (Hartman) Pieffer and four sons, Paul J., of Fredericksburg; A. Wayne, of Richland R.D.; Miles M., at home, and Herbert V., this place; a sister, Mrs. Sallie Berger, of Bernville R.D., and a brother, Robert, of Lebanon.
Funeral Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Schucker Funeral Home, Rehrersburg. Further services in St. John's church, Host, the Rev. E. S. Leinbach officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Director Charles E. Schucker, of Rehrersburg, has charge.
