MILITARY RECORD:
Enlisted January 27, 1902, assigned to Company "B" of 9th Infantry, and discharged January 26, 1905. Pension awarded on Certificate No. 4,103,842.
He came to Washington state in 1909. He was married to Rosetta Neel in 1927. He had a daughter, Mrs. Fern C. Pratt, who lived in Tacoma. Mr. Neel was admitted to the Washington Veterans' Home on October 14, 1945.
Mr. Neel, 75, died January 5, 1946 at American Lake. He was cremated and his ashes were buried in the Home Cemetery at Restil.
