Amy was born in Puerto Rico and spent much of her youth traveling from base-to-base following her father who was an enlisted man in the USArmy. This included a stint in Panama where her father was involved in the building of the Panama Canal.
Amy's adult life included a career in teaching and administration in the Miami-Dade Community College System.
She is loved and missed.
