Donald Bourne, 2, Is Taken by Death Here
Donald Bourne 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Bourne died Monday night at the home of his parents following an illness that covered about two weeks and finally culminated in broncho-pneumonia. Private funeral services were held from the Bourne home at 4 yesterday and interment was made in the new cemetery. Mrs. Bourne who was brought home a week ago Monday from the sanitarium at the coast where she had been convalescing and is confined to her bed which necessitated services from the home. Donald was born here July 8, 1924, and leaves two small brothers. The loss of the child is a heavy blow to the parents and their many friends in the valley are extending their sympathies to the grieving family. The Rev Ratsch officiated at the funeral ceremony.
