BOUNTIFUL/MEADOW--Idonna Adams Toone, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Friend, age 85, died June 26, 1997 at Bountiful.
Born March 5, 1912 in Meadow to Hyrum Vincent and Amy Elizabeth Bushnell Adams. Married Tyrell Squires Toone March 5, 1931 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died January 17, 1997.
Donna was truly a Mother in Zion with a posterity of over 100 who loved and cherished her. She always made home a heaven on earth where many came for comfort and guidance. Her thoughts were always directed to the welfare of others. She served three missions with Turrell, one full-time mission in the North Carolina Mission and to Salt Lake Stake Missions.
Survived by Sons: Don Toone, Henderson, Nevada; Ronald (Jeanette) Toone, Bountiful; Warren (Marilyn) Toone, Farmington; Lynn (Darla) Toone, North Logan; Terry (Lynda) Toone, Salt Lake City; Daughters: Vicki (Dennis) Pluta, Bountiful; Sonya (Don) Fitcher, Salt Lake City; Shelly (Bradley) Airmet, Kamas; 33 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren; Sister: Coleen (Henry) Paxton, Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by daughter-in-law: Nancy Toone, four brothers, three sisters.
Funeral services Monday June 30, 1997, 10 a.m., Kimball Mill LDS Ward, 500 South 200 East, Bountiful. Friends call at Church on Monday from 9-9:45 a.m. Burial in Meadow Cemetery at 3 p.m. under direction of Nickle Mortuary, Delta.
