John Lee
John "Bobo" Lee, 68, died Tuesday, June 23, 2009. He was a native of Pensacola and resident of Robertsdale.
Lee served in the National Guard and was owner of Lee Timber LLC. He was a member of the Pensacola Civic Band and was also past president of the Baldwin Chapter of the Alabama Cattleman's Association and served on the board of directors at Baldwin EMC.
Survivors include his wife, Jane T. Lee of Robertsdale; two sons, Johnny Lee of Robertsdale and Jeremy L. Lee of Fairhope; and four sisters, Priscilla Kirkpatrick of Danville, Ky., Becky Sterling of Columbia, Mo., and Dorothy L. Jones and Cindy Blackwell, both of Foley.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday in Rawson Chapel at Pensacola Christian College with the Revs. Neal Jackson and Bob Kirkpatrick officiating. Graveside services will follow at 7 p.m. at Wynn Cemetery in Summerdale.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Pensacola Civic Band or to Pensacola Christian College.
