MARTHA (FIETZER) BALDWIN
Martha (Fietzer) Baldwin, 93, of Symco died Monday July 1, 1991, at the Manawa Community Nursing Center.
She was born March 16, 1898 in the town of Union, the daughter of Rudolph and Hulda Fietzer.
She married Joseph N. Baldwin on Nov. 27, 1918. He preceded her in death April 5 1965.
Martha and her husband resided in the Town of Union all their lives. She was a life member of St. Mark Lutheran Church.
She is survived by three daughters: Ethel Paukner, Symco, Norma (Alvin) Schneiderwent, Calif.; Gloria La Fortune, Florida, five sons: Alton (Phyllis), Minn.; Evan (Dorothy), Ogdensburg; James, California; Kenneth (Connie), Saukville, Glenn (Sandra), S.D.; 24 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, five sisters and a brother.
Funeral service was on Wednesday July 3 at St. Mark Lutheran Church Symco with Pastor John Schmidt officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery, Symco.
