Black — Mrs, Bertha Black, 78, widow of Duane Black, North Rd., died Monday, Aug. 5, in Warsaw Hospital. Mrs. Black was horn in Geneseo.
She was a member of the Presbyterian church, past matron of OES of Geneseo, an active Granger for 30 years and secretary of Pomona for many years and a past president of the Woman's Relef Corps.
Survivors are, a daughter, Mrs. Robert Irwin, a son, Donald, both of Geneseo. A granddaughter, Mrs. Jane McBride of Perry, one brother, Kenneth VanKleek of Rochester; and two nieces.
Funeral service will he held today at 2:30 p.m., from her late home. Rev. Joseph Sunter will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
