Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 10 at Yellville Assembly of God Church with Brother James Foster officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 9 at Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.
Burial will be in Bruno Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerry Johnson, Rob Pugsley, Charles Konemann, Erick Burns, J. C. Hall, and Ron Moffett. Honorary pallbearers include Senior Citizens Quilting Ladies, United Medical, James Casey, Bernard Wood, and Bob and Dick Ahrens.
The daughter of Steven Jasper and Millie Josephine (Mullins) Jones was born Jan. 28, 1915 in Yellville. She was a lifetime resident of Marion County and was a member of the Yellville First Assembly of God Church. She was a homemaker and a farmer's wife and special Mama and Grandma.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Russell in 1980; a son, Earl; brothers, Evert, Billy Fred, Troy, Steve, Pleasant, and Johnny; and sisters, Mae Hamlet, Mabel McEntire, Lavada Mae, and Ellie Jo Mann.
She is survived by her son, Russell Dail McEntire of Lufkin, Texas; three daughters, Wanda Lee Gray of Summit, Edith May Korcheck of Harrison, and Betty Lou Scott of Batesville; two brothers, Earnest Jones of Yakima, Wash. and Claude Jones of Selah, Wash.; two sisters, Alice Downum of Harrison and Senia Mae Mills of Little Rock; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
