A native of Canton, he lived in Akron seven years. He was associated with his brother in the Boli Brothers Marble & Tile Co. more than 20 years. With his brother he developed the Willowbrook Heights allotment. Later, he was employed as a supervisor at Republic Steel Corp. from which he retired in 1955.
He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and BPOE No. 68, Canton.
Survivors include his widow, Katherine (nee Pontius); three daughters, Mrs. Donald Griffin of Sharon, Pa., Mrs. Ray Bender of Orlando, Fla., and Mrs. Kenneth Lover of Clinton; four sons, Perlee P., Fred L., and Warren H. of Canton and Mark G. of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Martin Schrum of Massillon; two brothers Fred L of Canton and Forrest of Massillon, 22 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
