Ada was one of my dad's (William Spargo Jr) older sisters. She was born on January 12, 1918 to William Thomas Spargo and Emily Emma Forchette Spargo in Ewen, Michigan. She married Valentine (Val) Augustine and they lived in Ewen, Mi. They had four children during their marriage. Ruth, Marlys, Valerie and Val Jr. (Sonny). Their son was killed in a mining accident when he was only 19. His son was born the same day of his death. (It was very sad). They lived on a small farm just up the hill from her parents.
