MRS. DILLINGHAM
Services for Mrs. Burnette S. Dillingham, 70, of Weaverville, who died Wednesday, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Forks of Ivy Baptist Church.

The Revs. J.A. McLeod, E.J. Jenkins, John E. Bussard and Dr. Hoyt Blackwell will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Jamerson, Jack Jarvis, Harold Wallen, Edward Carter, Edward Hamlin, Charles Tweed, D.C. Boone and Dan J. Scott.

Mrs. Dillingham was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County.

Surviving are the husband, Burnette S. Dillingham; two daughters, Mrs. Martha Jo Carter of Mars Hill and Mrs. Barbara Lee Parker of Weaverville; three sons, Richard S. of the home, Jerry L. of Weaverville and Johnny g. Dillingham of Barnardsville; two sisters, Mrs. Betty C. Dillingham of Barnardsville and Mrs. Pansy Shepherd of Weaverville; three brothers, Robert of Swannanoa, Joe of Arden and Burton Maney of Weaverville; and 12 grandchildren.

The body will remain at West Funeral Home until placed in the church one hour prior to the services.
