She was born September 30, 1922 in Hunter, Utah to Almena May Morris and Samuel Forest Hill.
She was married to Gordon Duffin, Lawrence (Walker) Beck, and Rene Bagley.
She worked for the U.S. Government for 30 years at Fort Douglas and the Veteran's Administration.
VaLoy is preceded in death by her husband Rene Bagley, her parents, and five sisters: Irene Ridd, Ardella Gerome, Myrl Knoll, Maxine Newton, LaRee Pehrson and her brother Sam Hill. She is survived by one sister, Gwen H. Pouillon, of Oregon; many nieces and nephews, a son and two granddaughters.
Graveside Services will be conducted by Peel Funeral Home at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East College Street (4580 South), Cottonwood Heights, Utah, on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:30 a.m.
