Perry----Wesley Osmond, 70, of Perry died this morning at his home of a heart ailment.
Mr. Osmond was born March 31, 1901 in Afton, Wyo., a son of George and Amelia Jacobsen Osmond.
He was married to Vera Dray. They were divorced. He was married to Ruby Nelson on Sept. 16, 1934, in Bloomington, Idaho.
He came to Perry in 1935 and operated a fruit farm and milk ranch. He was formerly employed at the Perry Cannery.
He was a member of the Perry LDS Ward and a former member of the Perry Town Board.
Surviving are his widow of Perry; two sons and one daughter, James Osmond, Los Angeles, Calif.; Rex Osmond, Riverdale; Mrs. Roland (Leona) Stander, Bear River City; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Willis, Kaysville; Mrs. Leona Umschied, Forest Grove, Ore.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Felt Funeral Chapel in Brigham City.
Friends may call at the mortuary Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday prior to services.
Burial will be in the Bloomington, Idaho, Cemetery.
