Mrs. Clarence H. Chasteen died at 9:30 p.m. Monday at her home, 2023 Bank. She was 72. She was the former Miss Anna Ryan, a native of Louisville. Her husband died in 1944. She was a member of the Altar Society of St. Patrick Church and of the League of the Sacred Heart at St. Cecilia Church. Surviving are a son, Clarence W. Chasteen, three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The body is at Ratterman's, 2114 W. Market.
