Excerpt from the Asbury Park Press, Feb. 24, 1941, p.2: He was a Mason, born in Howell Township, the son of Alfred J. and Lydia Asay Woolley.
Survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Brown Woolley, six sons, Walter, Harvey, Clarence, Casper, all of Lakewood; Stanley of Manasquan and Frederick of Farmingdale; two daughters, Mrs. Blanche Reynolds and Mrs. Frances Luker of Lakewood. Also survived by five sisters: Mrs. Hannah Hulse, Mrs. Lucy Hulse, Mrs. Addison Havens of Herbertsville, Mrs. Alida Frazee and Mrs. Edna Matthews, also of Lakewood.
