He was survived by his wife Rhoda Ezell Templeton of Fort Smith; two daughters; Katie Collingsworth of Waxahachie, Texas and Charity Ezell of Fort Smith, Arkansas; His mother Darlene Templeton of Mabank, Texas; two sisters: Linda Croson of Plano, Texas and Terri Bradley of Midlothian, Texas; and three grandchildren.
