"After a short illness, Miss Johanna Covasovich(sic) died at her home on east Howard avenue yesterday evening at 4:30 o'clock, in the 18th year of her age. Her death was a severe shock to her many friends here, to whom she had endeared herself by her sweet and loveable disposition".
