MRS. ADA KILBOURNE, 75, of 136 Briggs St., a native of Potsdam, died yesterday at Crouse-Irving Hospital after a short illness. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and Syracuse Chapter 70, Order of Eastern Star. She resided in the Syracuse area 40 years and was the widow of Clinton Kilbourne. Surviving are two sisters; Mrs. Walter Burdick of Mexico and Mrs. Mary Stone of North Syracuse; a brother, Robert Grimshaw of Avon Park, Fla.; two nieces and two nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Fergerson Funeral Home, 215 S. Main St., North Syracuse, the Rev. Harold Hutton, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
