Thomas L. Collier, 70, Sullivan, died at 3:42 a.m. Wednesday June 26, 1996, at Mary Sherman Hospital.
He was born April 12, 1926, in Sullivan to Ralph and Flo Blevins Collier. He was a WWII navy veteran, a member of the Sullivan American Legion Post 139, a member of IUOE 841 and a retired operating engineer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and one sister.
Survivors include his wife Betty Houpt Collier; and other relatives.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Banks & Brust Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Gettinger officiating. Burial is in Mann-Turman Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 1 p.m. until time of services Friday.
