Services for Usher Cook, 68, retired blacksmith who died yesterday morning at the home of a son, Charles W. Cook of Woodward's branch, will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow at the home. Rev. John B. Cook, a brother, will officiate, and burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
Surviving also are another son, Paul Cook of Woodward's branch; two daughters, Mrs. Thomas Furbee of Mingo Junction, O., and Mrs. Earl Burge of Proctor; a sister, Mrs. Robert Ormiston of Vincent, O., and two other brothers, Charles R. Cook of Clendenin and W. W. Cook of Glen Easton.
