Mrs. Artmisa Turner, 92, widow of the late Sam Turner of Noble, died early this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Luscaleet, in Champaign. Mrs. Turner suffered a stroke nine months ago from which she failed to recover.

Mrs. Turner was born near Albion, June 10, 1849. She moved to Richland county at an early age, residing in Noble and Olney until nine years ago when she moved to Champaign to live with her daughter.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Luscaleet, and Mrs Joe Parsons, of near Noble.

Services will be held at the Luscaleet home Saturday morning and the body will be brought to Noble where services will be held at 2 p.m. from the Methodist church, with burial in the Noble cemetery.
