Her father was John Pearl and her mother, Lucina Marie (Miller) Pearl. Jennie was the oldest of 15 children.

She married Albert H Fox 25 August 1886 Belmond, Wright County, Iowa.

On the 22 December 1898 the Foxes and family arrived in Davenport, WA from Clarion, Wright County, Iowa. In the spring of 1899 they moved to Harrington, WA.

Albert passed away 24 March 1905. Jennie remained in Harrington for many years. She married second to a Mr. Johnson who preceded her in death.

About 1949 she lived with her daughters Ellen Brennar of Tacoma, Pierce County, WA and Verna Crask of Eatonville, Pierce County, WA.

A brother died in the east and within a few days she suffered a stroke which was the cause of her death.
