Winona Tillman Gazzier , who had worked for many years as a Mobile County school traffic officer, died Thursday at the age of 91.
A native of Theodore, she was a longtime resident of Bayou La Batre and a lifelong member of the Bayou La Batre congregation of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include two sons, David E. Gazzier of Theodore and Conrad A. Gazzier of Gulf Shores; two sisters, Naomi T. Downey of Bayou La Batre and Lucille T. Rosenbarger of Indianapolis; a brother, J. Porter Tillman of Theodore; and two granddaughters.
Services are set for 10 a.m. today at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bayou La Batre. Burial will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens with Serenity Funeral Home directing.
Memorials may be made to the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bayou La Batre.
