H.P. Balo, 65-year-old Frazeysburg farmer and former trustee of Cass township died last night at the Newark City hospital following an illness of four months.
Widely known in the Frazeysburg community, Balo was a one-time director of the Muskingum County Farm Bureau and served as an elder of the Dresden Presbyterian church.
He was born in Coshocton County, a son of the late Jacob C. and Harriett Tilton Balo, and moved to Frazeysburg 25 years ago.
