Ted R. Bailey Jr., 76, of Oak Hill, died June 19, 2009, at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital. Born March 8, 1933, in Oak Hill, he was the son of the late Theodore R. Sr. & Lois Ashley Bailey. He also was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ann Burns Bailey, and by brothers, Robert Bailey Sr., and Jimmy Bailey. Mr. Bailey was a TV repairman, having worked for National TV and Appliance. Surviving his son, Theodore R. Bailey III of Oak Hill; his daughter, Tonia Lynn Pennington of Middletown, DE; and grandchildren, Madalyn Faye Pennington and Alexis Jo Pennington, both of Middletown, DE. Funeral services were June 23 at the Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill, with the Rev. William Skeldon officiating. Entombment followed in High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Oak Hill. Arrangements by Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill.
