Mrs. Allie Hardella, 72 years old, died at 1:45 o'clock this morning at her home, 707 Pearl avenue, following an illness of 12 days. Death was attributed to influenza. She was born in Illinois and had been a resident of Joplin for 35 years. She was the widow of Hardy Hardella, who died in 1926. Some years ago they owned and operated the Hardella Cleaning and Dyeing establishment here.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. R. E. Dunn, 322 North Byers avenue, and Miss Mayme O'Connor, 707 Pearl avenue, and two brothers J. O'Connor of Muskogee, Okla., and M. O'Connor of Chicago.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Parker-Hunsaker mortuary.
