1913 Beardstown City Directory: Bingham W Gregg (wf Myre), disp Burl, r 700 Monroe.

According to the 1915 Beardstown Illinois City Directory, Myra Soule Bingham lived with her husband, Wm G. Bingham at 700 Monroe Street in Beardstown, Illinois. Wm G. Bingham worked as a "disp" for C B & Q railroad.

From the January 15, 1958 issue of the Illinoian Star newspaper, Beardstown, Illinois: Mrs. Myra Soule Bingham, 75, died at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday at Schmitt Memorial hospital where she had been a patient for four months. The remains were removed to the Northcutt Funeral home. Funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow. The funeral is tentively planned for Friday. Mrs. Bingham was born October 19, 1882 at Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Edward and Ella Hunter Soule. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Muriel Logsdon, Mrs. Marion Taylor, Mrs. Frana Baujan and Mrs. Ann Perry, all of this city, two sons, Ed Bingham of Waukegan, Ill., and Bill Bingham of Conneaut, Ohio, 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Ada Gould of this city, Mrs. Bertha Wilson of Bushnell, and Arvie Austin of Brockton, Mass., one brother, Phil Soule of Blandinsville, Ill., two half-brothers, Orville Soule of North Hollywood, Calif. and Dwight Soule of Roberts, Wisconsin, and half-sister Mrs. Twila Yohe of North Hollywood, Calif. Mrs. Bingham was a member of the Rebekahs, Eastn Star, Burlington Veterans, White Shrine Woman's Benefit association, and the Beardstown Woman's club, and was active in all organizations. She was in charge of the kitchen at Epworth Springs summer camp of the Methodist church for 10 years and recently was active in the organization of the Christian church in this city where she held membership.
