Obituary:
Mrs. Virga Wimmer, aged 80, of Lamar died Saturday, Nov. 14, 1992, at Johnson County Regional Hospital.
She was a member of the Mt. Home Freewill Baptist Church and was affiliated with the ladies auxiliary, senior citizens, and family community educator clubs.
She is survived by six daughters, Nell Ruth Owens of North Highlands, Calf., Esther Lorene Lemons of Lamar, Lela Lee Potter of Tacoma, Wash., Betty Lou Palmer of Payallup, Wash., Marilyn Maxine Young of Clarksville, and Linda Faye Collins of Coal Hill; one brother, Robert Patton of Lowell; 26 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at the Mt. Home Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Claude Froggatt officiating.
Burial will be at the Minnow Creek Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
