Born in Keegan, Maine August 9th, 1930, the son of Willie(or y) and Mattie(Guerette) Rossignol. He came to Waterville at age 10 and had lived there since then. He was employed at Scott Paper Company. He was survived by a wife, 3 sons and one daughter, four brothers: Albert Rossignol of Long Beach California, Fred Rossignol of Norridgewock, Walter Rossignol of Decatur, Georgia and James Rossignol of Albion, Maine; two sisters, Mrs Lida Dumont of Freedom and Mrs. Edith Fisher of Lewiston; several nieces and nephews.*
