Lewis Emery Castle born 21 Jun 1868, the fourth and youngest child of William Booth Castle and Cynthia Cochran. He worked on his father's farm and later worked for the police department. He married Ida Marie Silgman on 18 Mar 1902 in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They had three sons, Lewis Jr. who died at birth, Ormal and Champlain. About 1910, they bought a little restaurant that they called Uneeda Lunch in South Milwaukee. Ida did the cooking and Lewis was the waiter and bookkeeper.
